Salome Trinidad, the President and CEO of Sophia and Seth Lending Solutions Corporation is also a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant. Salome has worked extensively in accounting, auditing, and project management in Cayman Islands Government ultimately decided to retire early after serving for 15 years in a senior managerial position. Her decision to retire early has been motivated by her aspiration to become an entrepreneur.

Salome established a lending company aimed at providing accessible and affordable lending solutions to employees, overseas Filipino workers, and small and medium-sized enterprises while leveraging the banking experience of her team and her auditing experience on financial institutions. She built the company from the ground up, including conceptualization of “Kaibigan Ko - Your Trusted Friend”, SEC registration, product and service design, business process design, marketing and website development, among others. Her mantra of "Everything Can Be Learned" and "Deliver Excellence In Everything You Do" underscores her unwavering dedication to excellence.
