Is this an online lending platform?

NO, this is not an online lending platform, we just streamlined the process of submission of your loan application form via google form. We will still meet in person at the office or at your our nearest bank so that we can disburse the fund and you can sign all the required loan documents. Most of all, we will still perform a credit investigation and due diligence before you could get approved.

What is your basis in approving loans?

FIRST, we will check if you are eligible to apply for a loan as specified in our LOAN PRODUCT page. The basis for approving a personal loan depends on various factors gathered through our due diligence and credit investigation. We typically considers the applicant's credit score, income, employment history, and debt-to-income ratio. A good credit score indicates a higher likelihood of repayment, while a stable income and employment history provide assurance of a steady source of funds. We also check your character reference. Ultimately, a thorough assessment of these factors helps us determine the eligibility and terms of loan applications.

What is the process of your loan application?

We only have 3 - EASY STEPS. PLEASE REFER TO OUR LOAN PRODUCTS PAGE.

How long will the approval process takes?

Upon receiving your loan application with our acknowledgement of complete documentation, we can process the approval WITHIN 24-HOURS if it's a KAIBIGAN PACKAGE LOAN OR EMERGENCY LOAN. Then, you shall receive the funds in the NEXT 24-HOURS once you are APPROVED.

For PERSONAL LOAN, the loan approval and loan disbursement usually takes 2-3 DAYS upon receipt of complete documentation.

What happens next after our submission of loan application?
  • Please be reminded to inform us via text message once you submitted your application via google form.

  • We will reply to your text message and review your loan application right away. If there are any discrepancies in your loan application, we will communicate with you via email and text/call for you to resolve your discrepancies.

  • We will also give you a video call conference including your provided Co-Borrower to perform our due diligence and credit investigation.

  • You will receive an email and text/call from us whether your loan is APPROVED/REJECTED.

What are the valid Government IDs?

We accept any of the following IDs:

  • – Passport

  • – National ID

  • – Driver’s license

  • – SSS

  • – UMID

  • – Postal ID

  • – PRC ID.

Note that we need you to provide the picture of at least 2 of the 7 Mandatory IDs and selfie holding the same one ID.

Will I be receiving gross amount of my loan?

YES, the full amount of loan shall be given to you. All applicable processing fee shall be paid in installment as well. We DO NOT collect any upfront fees during the loan application process.

What is the total cost of my loan?

Look out for any additional fees beyond the principal amount and interest rates, such as processing fees or late payment penalties. Make sure you understand all of these costs before signing up for a loan. TOTAL COST OF YOUR LOAN can be seen in the LOAN PRODUCT page. Our Loan Officers are trained as well to discuss and disclose to you all your loan charges including your effective interest rate. WE ARE COMPLIANT WITH TRUTH IN LENDING ACT.

How much is your late payment?

Late Payment? Expect Daily Penalties!
When a credit payment is delayed, penalties start accumulating immediately – that’s from the 1st day of delay until the loan is repaid in full, sold off, or accruals are suspended. You’ll be charged a penalty rate of 0.5% per day of the outstanding balance or 15% per month post maturity date based on the principal amount. So, if you fail to make timely payments, penalties can quickly add up. To avoid the unnecessary financial burden and keep your credit score in good standing. Your payment requirements should always be met on time. If you cannot repay the loan on time due to unforeseen circumstances, contact our customer service team for help, so we can re-structure your loan. We’re always here to help!

What measure do you provide to protect the "Co-Employee as Co-Borrower"?

Our Company also protects the Co-Borrower when the principal Borrower would default in payment. We request the Principal Borrower to PRE-SIGN a "Request to Hold Salary" in case of payment default. This letter shall be provided to HR/Employer whenever there is a payment default by the Borrower to protect the interest of Co-Employee as Co-Borrower.
