1. Must be employed and working in Angeles City and Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

2. Employed at least 1 year with same employer and REGULAR.

3. SALARY is being paid thru ATM.

4. Must be able to provide ATM - payroll or POST DATED CHECK as method of re-payment.

5. Must be able to provide "Co-Employee as CO-BORROWER".

REQUIREMENTS: (Borrower & Co-Borrower)

1. Certificate of Employment/Employment Contract (Both Parties)

2. 2 Months LATEST PAY SLIPS (Both Parties)

3. ATM CARD OR POST DATED CHECK (Borrower only)

4. Latest Bank Statement (Both Parties)

5. 2 Valid Government ID. See FAQ for qualified IDs. (Both Parties)

6. Company ID (Both Parties)

7. Electric Bill as proof of address (Both Parties)

8. Barangay Clearance (Borrower only)
