ELIGIBILITY

1. Must be operating a business in Angeles City and Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

2. Business operation at least 1 year with physical store.

3. Must be able to provide COLLATERAL

4. Must be able to provide POST DATED CHECK as method of re-payment.

5. Must be able to provide " CO-BORROWER" who is employed.

REQUIREMENTS: (Borrower & Co-Borrower)

1. SEC/DTI Registration

2. Latest 2 payments of BIR Filings and COR

3. POST DATED CHECK and COLLATERAL (Borrower only)

4. Latest 2 months Bank Statement (Both Parties)

5. 2 Valid Government ID. See FAQ for qualified IDs. (Both Parties)

6. Company ID of Co-Borrower

7. Electric Bill as proof of address (Both Parties)

8. Barangay Clearance (Borrower only)

9. 2 months Payslip and Certificate of Employment of Co-Borrower
